Kind of...from the beginning my mom loved the name Caitlin, she saw it in an Irish names book. But it was vetoed by family. Shortly before I was born my great-grandpa told my mom that I should be named Kaitlin after Kaitlin Costello from The Verdict. And all of a sudden my family loved the name so it stuck, but my mom stayed with the Irish way of spelling it. The funny thing is that Caitlin is supposed to be an Irish name and yet when I went to Ireland nobody could pronounce it correctly- except in Dingle, they said it correctly. So I guess it's not so Irish after all!
Guilty pleasure movie(s)?
High School Musical series or While You Were Sleeping
